Home Club members enjoy the privileges of conditional access to club-owned sailboats. Members can sail one or both Fleets for the same fee:
- Small Boat Fleet - 5 Sunfish, a Phantom, a Laser, a Club-420 and a Holder-14 located in the club’s boatyard
- Big Boat Fleet - one Catalina-22, docked at the Titusville Marina
