Sail Conditional access to club-owned vessels is exciting, demanding, and requires your cooperation with the following terms
- Sail only the fleet of club-owned boats (big or small) for which your are approved
- Share sail plans (date and hours) with the members of the club using the form in the Members tab in advance of Catalina 22 use
- Choose a boat that is built for your size and weight
- Choose to sail club-owned sailboats under reasonably careful, inspection so that you have the opportunity to reject boats that are damaged or choose to make effective repairs
- Choose to sail club-owned sailboats under weather-permitting conditions and no earlier than sunrise or later than sunset
- It's recommended that members share sail plans & sail within visual range of other reasonably careful sailors, a buddy system!
- Wear closed-toed footwear at all times, in the boatyard, on the ramp and in the water to protect your feet
- Wear a properly sized, Coast Guard approved life jacket at all times on the water
- Get off of the water and take shelter immediately at the sound of thunder or the sight of lightning
- Snakes and alligators are known to exist in the waters adjacent to the boatyard. Stay off, or get off of the water if you feel threatened by the sight of these, and any other natural predators

- Ensure that your guests cooperate with these terms
- The risk of disease or illness from sailing or swimming in the waters adjacent to the boatyard are not known to the club's Board. Titusville's Water Resources department may have updates to any suspect contamination at Sandpoint or in the IRL. If the link provided no longer works, you are invited to manually search for the department link.
- Help maintain the boatyard and equipment stored in the boatyard and manage a Small Boat Fleet and Boatyard Emergency Action Plan in the event of approaching tropical storms and hurricanes
- Sail and help manage the the Club's Catalina 22 in accordance with the C-22 Safety, Best Practices and Emergency Action Plan
- Lock the boatyard and marina gates behind you at all times
